Sales Terms & Condition

·        There’s a minimum of $200.00 on first order only, no minimum on reorders.

·        All orders are Orders can be placed by phone 973-621-8888, fax 973-621-6888 or email to JBHHomeDecor@gmail.com

·        subject to credit approval.  Payment is due thirty days after date of invoice.  Orders not meeting this requirement may prepay or pay by credit card (Visa or Master Card).

·        There will be a $25.00 charge for each returned check. 

·        Prices are subject to change without notice, because of general inflation and our merchandise being imported from China the exchange rate of foreign currency vs. US dollar may affect our prices.

·        Most orders will ship via UPS Ground.  Large items and/or large quantity orders may be shipped by common carrier.  Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.  Please note any special instructions on order; failure to do so may result in additional charges from shipping company (redelivery, appointments etc.).  JB Hirsch Home Décor will use carrier with the best rates.

·        All shipments are FOB Newark, NJ.

·        Backorders will occur from time to time, we will ship such items as they become available unless other wise instructed.

·        There will be a $10.00 fee for any drop shipments.

·        All claims must be reported within fifteen (15) days of receiving.  Customers are required to keep original packing material and boxes intact for inspection.

·        If merchandise is damaged and/or defective we will replace or issue credit upon return.  Items must be packed in original carton with packing material.  Credit will not be issued if item is further damaged due to poor packaging.

·       JB Hirsch Home Décor must approve all returns. Refused or unauthorized returns may be subject to a 15%  restocking fee.
